Well shortly after submitting a ticket about not getting the purchased traffic, it has been added ;-) Sometimes things just go un-noticed, but the speed in support was great.
RE:1-27 post. Yeah, the group I host with had someone go nuts with the mail, something about the server change over.
I purchased traffic on January 24th, and have yet to receive it...
Be sure to add them to your whitelist, for some reason they are listed in some spam blacklist so their emails might end up in the junk folder.
