Updating my comment of March 2006: The surfbar has been improved in terms of readability, but I still find the support to be very unreliable, not to mention contrary - for example: at some times rotators are permitted and other times they are not!

Very simply, a headache. There are some fine features to this TE, but I find it rather unfriendly towards the average user. I don't want to have to spend ten minutes just getting to and setting up a single website. A forum would also be a worthwhile addition.

I have been hammered hard by agressive pop up and under sites wtih cookies. I think they need to do a better job responding and check pages on their exchange.

hmmm, sadly the admin seem to think that it's users are all cheaters, and have made the surfbar a virtual lottery with being able to read the numbers. Support is dire, average response time about 6 days.
